Like all weight loss supplements, acai berry suffers from numerous misconceptions. You Can Eat Just Like Before And Lose Weight

This actually isn't completely a myth, it originates from the way one type of diet pills work. There are two ways a diet pill can help with eating less: 1) Appetite suppressants that trick your mind into thinking you aren't as hungry. 2) Ingredients contained in the pill that will prevent some of the food you eat from being absorbed. It can produce some results at first, but they will decrease as time goes on, and of course as soon as you get off the pill your weight will come back.

You Don't Need To Diet

Goes together with the previous point really. If a certain life style (over eating) got you fat, why would you expect to be able to lose weight without changing it? You wouldn't, yet so many people do. While a weight loss supplement can aid in weight loss, and in fact makes dieting easier (with appetite suppressants) a good diet is still key to quick and permanent weight loss.

You Don't Need To Exercise

This is really as absurd notion. While a diet pill can have some effect on eating (either making you less hungry so you eat less, or blocking some of the food you ate) there is nothing a diet pill can do to make you burn calories. Sorry, there is no product that will have the same results as running a few miles, or doing some crunches. Although, working out is not a requirement for losing weight, it's a highly recommended component.
