Maintaining a certain body weight is very important for being overweight will bring you a lot of medical problems. Obesity or being extremely fat, makes you prone to hypertension, diabetes and heart disease. So, you need to exercise to keep healthy. Some forms of exercises you can take are walking, cycling, swimming, aerobics and playing games. Choose one that suits your temperament and energy level. In the quest for health, one must also know how to relax. Research has shown that tension can cause sickness.
