You know it is very tough to lose weight. Everybody thinks so. You and I are no different. Go on to a road and ask any person what he thinks about loosing his weight? It is a guarantee that nine out of ten answers would be tough. So what is ideal for loosing weight? First we will have to think about what constitutes obesity. The obesity occurs from excessive accumulation of body fat. Our daily diet consists of every type of nutrients which include fats, vitamins, proteins, fibers etc. fat are also a source of energy like carbohydrate but unlike carbohydrates it has a tendency to accumulate in our body which leads to obesity. Now the point is which fat is necessary and which is not. Fats are stored at two places – muscle and body. We don’t need to burn our muscle fat. They are our requirements. They don’t lead to obesity. They provide energy to our muscle. The main reason behind obesity is body fat. So we need to burn these body fats. Now consider this thing: ‘you can lose weight by taking one or two spoons of honey just before you go to bed’. Amazed? Yes, for most of us it may be a joke but it is true. Consider some facts. Our weighs just two percent of our total weight. But the strangest thing is it consumes more than twenty times of any body cell. And the other thing is that it constantly requires the necessary supply of energy. While sleeping too, it needs the same amount of energy which is supplied by our liver. This liver stores energy in very concentrated form. If we go to sleep with empty liver then our brain forces the release of different stress hormones like cortisol and adrenalin which enables the conversion of muscle protein into the glucose which is very dangerous. It affects our body. It can also take us to the door of heart diseases, diabetes, obesity, hypertension, osteoporosis etc. Hence if we take honey which helps our lever to burn body fats to supply necessary energy to the brain. It enhances the metabolism of body. Therefore it is very helpful to take honey before going to bed. Obesity is also a silent killer. It kills you without even a warning. When you come to know it, it already becomes too late to a point where we can’t do anything anymore. |
