I wanted to share with you some simple stop snoring methods that you can use to help your snoring problem. This is an awful issue to have because you're usually driving someone that you live with nuts. It could be your spouse or roommate, whoever it is; they're probably not enjoying having to listen to your issue. It isn't quite as difficult to solve this problem than you may have expected. There are a lot of interesting methods that you can apply that work great. I used to snore, but I was able to fix the problem by taking advantage of some of these methods. I'm going to share with you the simple stop snoring methods that you can use. There is one consistent characteristic of snoring you've probably noticed; someone on his or her back with there mouth wide open. When you're on your back, you're more likely to snore. You have a loose piece of tissue in your throat that falls into the airway when you're on your back and that leads to snoring. If you just slept on your side, you'd have no problem. What people have done is sown a tennis ball into the back of a t-shirt they wear to bed. With the tennis ball on your back, it'll force you to sleep on your side. Another one of my simple stop snoring methods is to get a simple headband. This headband should wrap around your jaw and hold it into a specific position. The whole point of this is that your jaw inevitably dictates the airway in your throat. When the jaw is closed, the airway will actually open up and snoring becomes impossible.
