I wanted to give you some stop snoring advice. There a lot of people that have this problem and struggle to deal with it. Snoring is actually a product of vibrating tissue in the back of your throat. This tissue is always there, so something happens when you go to sleep that causes it to vibrate. There are two things that happen. First, your tongue falls back closer to your throat. Secondly, your jaw becomes unsupported and this puts a lot of pressure on your throat area. Obviously there are only so many variables you can control when you go to sleep, so it is better to control the position of your jaw.
