If you sleep on your back, you will cause yourself to snore. What happens is you will block your air passages. So, to prevent this from happening, you should sleep on your side. 3. Using nasal drops is another way to help you stop snoring. Nasal drops will help you open up your nostrils. Which will help you stop snoring. 4. Another remedy is to elevate your head. You can do this by adding another pillow. When your head is in a low position, it causes you to block your air ways, which causes you to snore. By adding another pillow, you help prevent this from happening. 5. Another way to stop snoring is to not eat any dairy products before bed. Milk and yogurt products will cause you to snore if you eat them before going to bed. So, be sure you don't eat them. These are some snoring remedies.
