Sleep On Your Side. When you sleep on your back, you block your air ways, which will cause you to snore. By sleeping on your side, you will be able to stop your snoring. 4. Don't Eat Dairy Products. Eating dairy products before you go to bed will cause you to snore. So, make sure you don't eat any within a couple of house of going to bed. 5. Losing Weight. If you are overweight, it could be causing you to snore. Losing weight could help you stop snoring. So, to lose weight fast, you should eat a healthy meal every two hours, exercise (walking, running, weight training, swimming) , and drink plenty of water (eight cups) every day.
