And do it at a rythm comfortable for your body! Eat smart! A variety of healthy foods with plenty of veggies, fruits, cereals. Include fish, low-carb dairy products, legumes, pultry, lean-meat. Drink water, plenty of water. Things to avoid as much as possible : alcohol, sugar, saturated fat rich foods. behavior to control ? You know when you are not hungry, but just feel like eating and eating? If you can control this aspect you are a step ahead already! And don't forget to get rest. Exercising will lead to high endurance to effort so you will be able to burn even more calories, sleep should provide the necessary energy to do so. Together will improve your metabolism and your overal health. And don't get obsessed with your health problem! That alone can erase all your efforts you just made!
