One should do these exercises at least four times a week and for forty minutes. After doing the aerobic exercises go for a few hand exercises followed by stretching and running. These all help in toning of the body of the individual. Most of the people face a problem in the stomach area because most of the fat deposition takes place in this area. Fat reduction from the stomach area can be done by going for crunches. Crunches alone cannot help a person so much. Crunches should be followed by correct diet and exercises like swimming and a few other free hand exercises. A proper diet can help a person reduce the fat deposits from the body. But one should not eliminate the fat content from the diet completely because body requires a certain quantity of fats. Thus a person should have milk and nuts so that the fat requirement of the body is fulfilled. Thus dieting does not mean starving. It means taking the right quantity of meal at the correct time.
