The intermittent fasting fat eliminating diet is an amazing new way to lose weight. It's just recently hit the headlines after a researcher, doing a study, found that people ended up losing weight on this diet. There was also some other very interesting results. People that had some sort of health issue, saw improvement in it. The conclusion of this study was that people on this diet would lose weight and would probably end up living longer. I think those conclusions warranted me to research this and explain to you how this works. The actual intermittent fasting isn't that complicated. It's not like this fat eliminating diet cuts out certain foods. You can eat anything you want and as much as you feel like eating. The diet consists of really how you eat it. For a full twenty four hour period, you can eat what you want. Than the next twenty four hours you have to fast. That's all there is to it. You actually end up eating two days worth of food on your eating day, if you're thinking people might be starving themselves. It's easy to determine if a type of eating is healthy by looking at the way a uncorrupted human being would of eaten. Take the caveman that would of hunted for their food on a regular basis. Would they have caught food every single day? Probably not. They would of caught food and ate, and other times missed out. Seems very similar to the intermittent fasting diet.
