There are so many ways to lose some weight. You can diet, can operate, lipo-suction, taking diet pills, you just mention it. What does this mean? The principal of 5 factor diet is eat 5 meals a day that has composition of low-fat protein, low to medium glycemic index carbohydrate, fiber, healthy fat and water or no-sugar added beverages. Eat 5 times a day? Yes it’s true. 5 times daily. Each meal, you do not eat until you really full. But eat enough in small portion. With this frequent eating, your stomach will not empty and you will not feel hungry. If you do not feel hungry then you will not eat some unhealthy snack that contains high carbohydrate.

The next question is, do you know what is low to medium carbohydrate? If you don’t, then let me explain that to you. Low or medium glycemic index carbohydrate is carbohydrate that will be digested slowly by our stomach, such as vegetables. Because it is digested slowly, it will retained longer in your stomach so will not feel hungry very soon. In the other hand, foods that made up from starch such as junk food, bread, potatoes, is categorized as high glycemic index food. So it will digest faster and you will feel hungry faster.

Another thing that you have to pay attention is, remember to do some exercise to burn out some calories. If amount of calorie you take is fewer than that you burn, it means that you will lose some pounds definitely. Exercise you do, it is not always at the gym. If you are busy, you also can do some activity that burn calories such as Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis or NEAT method. With this method, even walking or taking stairs is count as calories burning. So Even just a little more activity each day can make a difference. For your weight loss success.
