Everybody make resolutions for the new year, and since we're all sadly munching on our carrot sticks after a week of holiday gluttony I think one of the most common new year's resolution is to lose weight and I'm sure you are not the exception, and one of my resolutions is to give you more resources to help you decide if cosmetic tourism is right for you or not and to make it painless and easy to achieve that goal.

Success coaches more often says that goals should be Smart, Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely, and that is the way it can be with your plastic surgery so lets see into those features of your goal.

Smart: Let's face it, not all of us have the willpower to go to the gym everyday and attain to a diet forever, since that is the way most doctors suggest for people who wants to lose weight we have another choice: plastic surgery, and in my opinion it is smart to skip all of that pain and all of that time involved in exercise and diets and go for plastic surgery like tummy tuck or liposuction.  I want to state here that after surgery you need to attach to exercise and diet to keep your new shape what I mean is that you don't need to do it since the first day, just do it after you had your surgery. Specific: I want to reduce my belly, or I want that little fat deposit to go away, just be sure of what you really want and tell that to your doctor so he can tell you how he is going to achieve it and what is the best for you.  Not always a tummy tuck or a full liposuction is the best way to do it. Measurable: Certainly you can measure how much weight you lose when getting liposuction or how much your breast enhance with implants, but the most important thing you should measure is how well you feel with your new body, how simpler your life become when you go to buy some outfit, and in the long run, how your life shifted since that day you decided to undergo plastic surgery. Attainable:  Of course you can do it, of course you can get it, plastic surgery is no longer for the rich and famous, you can get liposuction for as low as $2,000 and a breast implant for $2,500 or the two of them for $4,000 on a package, is is just a couple hours of flight away, of course this goal is attainable. Realistic: Well put it in simple terms, have you seen people who got plastic surgery and their lives changed forever? they look great?, they went out of your country and got those new breasts or that lipo with a fraction of the price?, this is real. Timely: If you take the decision now you can be back to work in just a couple of weeks with new body, new look, new life, and medical tourism came to you at the right time of your life, isn't it?

As you see, the goal of lose weight is Smart, Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely, just make it happen, all the tools and resources already exists, it is just matter of you to take the decision to change your life forever, it is time now, seize the moment.
